Every session includes careful observation, collaborative goal-setting, and problem-solving - assessment happens seamlessly as part of therapy, so there’s no need for separate appointments.
I work with autistic people and ADHDers (children, teens, and adults) to design strategies that actually make life easier - whether it’s managing routines, tackling executive function challenges, or creating a sensory-friendly environment.
We work together to try things out, adjust as needed, and make sure the strategies fit real life - not just a plan on paper.
